-Humble Milk Cart by Wilkins comes in original condition from north Dakota.  The horse condition is very good but the Milk cart tin has heavy paint flaking.  It shows what a 110 year old toy does with no primer on the tin.

So pardon the flaking, but we have a very original toy in a smaller size.
