This is a rare ca. 1957 soft molded vinyl Baby Barry Doll, Al Capp Li’l Abner Dogpatch Family Daisy Mae doll that was manufactured by the Universal Toy & Novelty Co. of Chicago, Illinois.

Daisy Mae has a soft molded vinyl body with rooted blond hair. Her green lashed sleepy eyes open and close. She wears her trademark blue eye shadow and red lips. She comes with the stand. She is marked  “Baby Barry” on her feet with “BB” on her neck.

This piece is in very good all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories, and wear that are to be expected from age and display.
