This is a plastic battery-operated “Playful Penguin Race” in box manufactured by Dah Yang Toy Industrial Co. Ltd. (DY) in Taiwan, China for TPS Toplay, Ltd. of Tokyo, Japan.       

Everything is included in the box. We did test this, and penguins climb the stairs and slide down the chutes and back around while you hear penguin chirps. This includes the 3 penguins, 3 tracks, base unit, 3 flags, and original cardboard sign. The box is in excellent condition and still has the “Elson’s $14.99” retail sticker on it. The battery compartment is clean and free of any corrosion.  

This piece is in excellent all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories, and wear that are to be expected from age and display. It is approximately 14″ H.
