We have for you a ca. 1955-57 #238 Jaguar Type D. Racing Car in box manufactured by Dinky Toys/Meccano Ltd. of Liverpool England.    

The black rubber tires are still intact and in great condition, but as per usual with toys of this age, they may have petrified, discolored, warped, and/or cracked. We did not notice any issues with the tires, hubs, or axles. The driver and steering wheel are intact.   

The box is in great to excellent condition.

This piece is in excellent near-mint all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch-ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories, and wear that is to be expected from age and play.
