We have for you a unique, one of a kind, limited-edition 08986/15000 Popeye and Friends: Popeye the Sailor Man watch that was manufactured in Japan for Fossil Group, Inc. of Richardson, Texas.   

Our limited-edition Popeye wrist watch by Fossil is from the Lonnie Dossett estate.   

We did not test it. It is marked as 08986/15000 and has customized little anchors on the band. 

This piece is in very good all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play.
