Offered is a sleek and glossy Fisher Penny Toy from around 1920.  The toy comes with freewheeling solid disc wheels and a hunched over race car driver.

Condition is quite excellent and size is a bit closer to 2 1/2 inches, or much larger than most penny toys.  -as a reminder, Penny Toys were made post WWI as an entry level toy for parents on a budget.  They were marketed for pocket change sales.
