This is a first, owner Ed decided that the old overpainted toy deserved to be saved.  There was no paint left and then the overpaint was pink!

So this Hubley deserved a face lift.  It has not been aged, and is unapologetically restored to glossy paint, whitewall style.  Tires are replaced with bright new rubber like original dime stores would have displayed.

Length is close to 4 1/2″.

Paintwork was dipped per Hubley style!  The body was fully stripped and then prepared.  The color was a slightly darker Hubley blue for just a slightly different pop.  A light paint run was kept as were a wiped off drip underside; per factory style.

Nickel plated undercarriage work and the grill were left factory. One “E” was placed under the body for a “signature”, or simply to identify the restoration years later.

Enjoy this Hubley Airflow at a lesser price, but with authentic looks.
