We haven’t seen one of these before and consider it a treasure.  The former owner, the original boy, had it locked away for years and didn’t want it used.  Decades later it has surfaced and he was kind enough to think of us.

We have a very unusual boat design with trailing transom ends.  Then between these speedboat edges is a beautiful Japanese electric motor.  D cells can be placed inside the hull for power.

Its size is large compared to many similar designs.  See the photo of the tape measurer for scale.

The box is in very good condition with a water stain on the top and some edge wear.  The toy itself is in very good condition with very minor chips; this said, it is nearly new.
