Bing Windup Car- Crocodile Pattern Limousine *SOLD*
Bing Windup Car- Crocodile Pattern Limousine For Sale N5461
We rate this pattern as extremely rare, in fact, possibly the only extant copy. Â This treasure has passed from auction to Australia and sold at a high end auction, then back here to the US. Â The toy has had doors replaced and a restoration to straighten the roof. Â One wheel is likely a replacement too.
This said, where can one find another? Â These gaudy show cars were made to impress. Â -Made to outdo others in the roaring 1920’s and then it abruptly stopped with the Great Depression. Â Our toy is Opulance on a rolling chassis.
Size is quite large as shown, and the toy comes with a chauffeur that is ready for action. Â The windup works.
