This is a beautiful nice tin lithographed windup 4 Door 19872 sedan car with lithographed driver made by Gebrüder Bing of Nuremberg, Germany. 

When wound with its dedicated key, our working model rolls forward.  The license plate reads “19872” with the Bing symbol embossed on the bottom,

This piece is in excellent all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play. This is approximately 6 ½” L. Gebrüder Bing specialized in a wide-range of spring-driven toys, cars, buses, boats. Perhaps its biggest coup was a line of trains initiated in 1882. Bing went under during the crash of 1929; Karl Bub acquired the toy trains division and Fleischmann the toy boats.
