Our early Arnold boat is a winner and quite a classic toy.  It is a 1920’s boat documented in the great “Arnold, the Toys from 1906 until 1965” as number 1000/1.  It is tin with a flywheel to power it and a key hole in the back of the toy.  Our example has been tested and comes with a replacement key.

Condition is only good.  We suspect the tan deck and driver have been enhanced or repainted.  The white hull is mostly original, but has infill white paint in about 5% of the area. The flywheel works well turning the prop when you push the key into the pack and then crank the mechanism. *Please note that the wooden stand in the pictures is not included with the boat.*

In terms of desirability, this is the larger of the two one driver speedboats offered by Arnold, which is a plus.  Then these form tends to not survive and they are uncommon in today’s market.
