Single family owned, Christmas Tree run, Ernst Plank elevator for sale.  This lovely set will need to be adopted and resided under the Family tree for animated toy action.

The electric motor works with the Lionel converter.  Then this electric motor powers the transmission.  The transmission gets string or belts to then run the windmill and run the elevator.  The Ernst Plank elevator continuously runs up, then down and has an original passenger.

An additional electrical regulator can be added and is included, however it is well worn.  The Lionel multi converter has its own regulator.

With time comes maintenance, so the family had a train repair store repaint the windmill.  Then our elevator has one support leg replaced.  Family lore has this belonging to a future Electrical Engineer; quite fitting.

Note**  A toy like this is dangerous and should be reviewed and potentially rewired by its next owner.  These are very primitive and electric items.  It is also recommended that each item be mounted on a wood plinth or base board for stable operation with extra pulley belts.
