Banner Plastics Pyro Brand Oil Truck in Box

This Boxed Banner Plastics Oil Truck is a beauty and quite striking.  The toy is near new old stock and marked “Pyro” under the cab, presumably a sub-company within Banner.

We have never had a boxed oil and gas truck like this survive, so we appreciate its rarity.  The toy is likely ca 1950, just popost-warand it was purchased from the owner’s estate.

The blue and bright pink toy appears near new old stock but has missing flaps on one end.  A small cork is missing from the tank top, presumably, it crumbled away.
