This piece is a ca. 1940-1964 #5 115V AC/DC horizontal steam engine manufactured by Jensen Manufacturing Company, Inc. of Jeannette, Pennsylvania.  

When turned by hand everything runs smoothly, the sight glass is still intact as are all of the valve handles. We did run this one and while it works like a champ, we found the sight glass to be slightly leaking water. The small sight glass leak does not appear to affect how it works in any noticeable way. This is a 115 Volt AC or DC, 450 Watts, 4 Amps. The original instructions are included. The original box is in fair/good condition.      

This piece is in great all original condition with no breaks, restorations, repairs, or touch ups. This piece shows the usual patina, fading, dust, chips, scuffs, surface rust, scratches, missing accessories and wear that are to be expected from age and play.
