Marx TWA and U.S. Mail Plane

This is what an aviation collector needs- a Marx TWA plane that was modeled after a US Mail aircraft.  The lithos on the side beckon back to the 1930’s and the split tail is a gorgeous Marx trademark look.

This twin wing toy has two replaced cross braces on the wing.  Then there is minor touchup to the top of one wing; also a touchup to the plane’s nose.

The rear and forward wheels look extremely clean, and it appears this was kept either in storage or a collection for ages.  The aging mostly is due to old paint.
